Hertz Offering Discounted Rates on NYC and Nationwide Rentals

Columbia University full-time faculty and staff may take advantage of discounted national rates on Hertz car rentals for business and/or personal use, including free enrollment in the Hertz #1 Club Gold program. For reservations, call 800-654-3131.

Club Gold benefits include line bypass for car pick-up and expedited car returns.
To enroll in the Hertz #1 Club Gold program:

1. Log onto http://www2.hertz.com/goldcorp.
2. Enter Columbia University in the Company Name section.
3. Enter DCP number 254158
4. Enter Promotion Code 6132

Hertz is also offering extremely competitive rates on car rentals in the New York City area, including Manhattan, JFK, LaGuardia and Newark airport locations.

Insurance (liability and loss damage) is included in the cost of business rentals, as long as a CDP number is provided at the time of rental. For personal rentals, insurance must be purchased separately.
