Corporate Express Merger with Staples Advantage Effective July 1

Starting July 1, 2009, Corporate Express will officially merge with Staples Advantage and be known as Staples Advantage.

This will not affect the way you currently place orders through EWAY or the products currently being offered. Staples Advantage will replace Corporate Express as the University-preferred vendor in FFE for orders that require an EZPO. This change will also take place in APCAR for invoice payment.

Schools and departments should continue to place their orders using the EWAY online ordering tool. It is important to note that the University's contracted rates will not be honored at any Staples retail locations or on Staples.com.

Other changes you may notice will include name changes and color of boxes, packing slips, catalogs, EWAY, delivery trucks, driver uniforms, and invoices. Staples has assured us that our dedicated support team will remain in place and will continue to provide the same level of service.
